Indovina Bank Limited (IVB) has just announced the sale of secured debts of Asiana Vietnam JSC and Gotec Vietnam LLC. The collateral is a wedding center with an area of over 2,000 square meters.
Specifically, Asiana Vietnam's debt as of October 17 was more than VND641.7 billion. Of which, the principal debt was more than VND483.9 billion and the interest debt was nearly VND157.8 billion.
The collateral for Asiana Vietnam's debt is the land use rights and the property attached to the land is the Saigon Asiana Tan Phu hotel - commercial service (current property is Asiana Tan Phu Convention Center, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City).
The starting price for the debt offering is more than VND641.7 billion, equal to the debt value as of October 17.
This conference center specializes in organizing wedding parties of over 2,000 square meters, with 8 banquet halls that can accommodate up to 4,000 guests, and has been in operation since 2020.
Meanwhile, the debt of Gotec Vietnam Company Limited as of October 17 was more than 73.5 billion VND (principal debt of more than 54.6 billion VND, interest debt of nearly 18.9 billion VND).
The collateral for Gotec Vietnam's loan is the land use rights and assets attached to the land of the commercial and service apartment project (Asiana Capella) in District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.
The current status of the remaining assets includes land use rights; 11 unsold apartments and commercial services (shophouse + officetel); basements and functional areas and debt claims arising from 373 apartment and commercial service purchase contracts. The total value of debt claims according to the company's report is 215.4 billion VND.
IVB offered the starting price of the debt at more than 73.5 billion VND, equal to the debt value as of October 17.
Regarding the Asiana Capella project, this is a high-end apartment project combined with commerce invested by Gotec Land. Asiana Capella is located on a land area of 4,275m2, the project has a scale of 19 floors, including 391 apartments and commercial - service apartments.
IVB said it has filed a lawsuit against customers for the above two debts at the People's Court of Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City to handle the collateral to recover the loan.
Asiana Vietnam and Gotec Vietnam are two enterprises with the same legal representative, Mr. Nguyen Viet Anh (born in 1969 in Vinh Phuc).
