From the beginning of 2025 to now, the Board of Directors of the District Social Policy Bank has focused on implementing key targets and has achieved many important results. Mobilizing deposits from organizations and individuals increased by at least 1.5 billion VND. Over 95% of members of the Savings and Loan Group participate in monthly savings. Credit plan implementation is over 90%. Periodic debt collection rate is over 95%. Interest collection rate is over 99%. Periodic assessment of the quality of commune transactions is over 97%; implementation of the communication plan is 100%; implementation of the internal inspection and control plan is 100%...

Director of Mo Cay Bac District Social Policy Bank Huynh Hieu Trung said: “The district Social Policy Bank coordinates with political and social organizations entrusted to implement the Day of Savings Deposits for the Poor and promote and mobilize the use of services provided by the district Social Policy Bank. Advise on the implementation of safe and secure solutions in digital transformation according to Document No. 3825/NHCS-KTTC (financial accounting). Currently, the district has 465 customers who have collected biometrics, 465 customers registered and used VBSP SmartBanking, 27 customers opened social security accounts, receiving monthly allowances.

Regarding mobilized capital, in 2025, the district People's Credit Fund is assigned the target of increasing local entrusted capital by 3 billion VND; increasing mobilization of deposits from organizations and individuals by 1.5 billion VND. The total credit growth plan is over 16 billion VND.

The results from January 2025 to present show that the total capital reached over 463 billion VND, of which the central capital reached over 426 billion VND; mobilized capital reached over 49 billion VND. The capital entrusted for local investment was over 37 billion VND, completing 125% of the assigned target.

Lending results, turnover reached over 55 billion VND, debt collection turnover over 42 billion VND. Total outstanding debt is over 465 billion VND; average outstanding debt per customer is 32.2 million VND. From the beginning of 2025 to now, social policy credit capital has reached 104 poor households, near-poor households, and newly escaped poverty households; 42 households with students; 339 workers creating jobs locally; 11 workers working abroad for a limited period of time, 764 households borrowing to build and repair clean water and sanitation works in rural areas; 3 people borrowing from the program of people who have completed their prison sentences...

According to Vice Chairman of Mo Cay Bac District People's Committee Nguyen Trung Nghiep, in the coming time, the district's Social Policy Bank needs to focus on inspection and supervision of the functions and tasks of each member of the Board of Directors of the district's Social Policy Bank according to the plan. The district's Social Policy Bank advises the district's People's Committee to assign targets in the direction of focusing on units to manage capital well. Prioritize the program for people who have completed their prison sentences. Implement well the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" in the period of 2021 - 2025.
