Not including the investment in construction and interior decoration, the area of more than 2,500m2 of the “Khong Gian Viet” coffee shop, located in the “golden” location in the center of Quang Ngai City, Chanh Lo Ward, according to the estimates of some real estate investors, is worth several million USD.

For many years, the "Khong Gian Viet" coffee shop has been famous and is a destination during breaks and free time to meet, relax, and chat with friends and relatives of many residents of Quang Ngai city.
According to some long-time customers of this restaurant, there are many reasons why "Khong Gian Viet" attracts and is chosen as a destination when free, or to invite friends and relatives to sit and chat.
With an area of over 2,500m2, located in the "golden" position in the center of Quang Ngai City, in Chanh Lo Ward, up to now "Khong Gian Viet" is the largest coffee shop in the center of Quang Ngai province.

And according to estimates from some real estate investors in the province, with the area of the "Khong Gian Viet" restaurant (more than 2,500m2) at present, the value must be calculated in millions of USD.

Not only is the area "huge", but the investment in construction of items, landscapes, and interior decorations is beautiful and quite unique, with full items to serve the beverage business, such as wooden houses, fish ponds... and the open spaces inside the campus are almost covered with trees of all sizes, large and small.

And a difference, even "unique" of the "Khong Gian Viet" restaurant, is that the owner reserved a part of the area in the North of the campus to introduce some OCOP products.
