NDO - Hoa Lu Ancient Town is located within the Ky Lan Mountain - Silver Pagoda complex, Tan Thanh Ward, Ninh Binh City. It is a popular night-time tourist destination attracting many domestic and international visitors.

The Hoa Lu Ancient Town is inspired by the traditional culture of Dai Viet in the 10th century, recreating and restoring the beauty of ancient architecture and culture. Currently, Hoa Lu Ancient Town is open free of charge to tourists for sightseeing, shopping, and enjoying unique cultural and artistic performances.

The Hoa Lu Ancient Town was inaugurated on January 27, 2022. The project was built with the aim of introducing visitors to a traditional space showcasing the cultural and social life, customs, and traditions of people from all over the country, and recreating the history of Dai Viet from the 10th century.

The Hoa Lu Ancient Town in Ninh Binh is divided into two areas: a product display area and a food area. Here, there are many stalls showcasing traditional handicrafts from villages throughout Ninh Binh province, attracting considerable attention from both domestic and international tourists.

A sacred space dedicated to the worship of Buddha, the Silver Pagoda is entirely constructed of red granite, with an architectural style deeply rooted in ancient Vietnamese temple culture.
