On June 21, the Traffic Police Department (Traffic Police, Ministry of Public Security) and the Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) had a patrol training session with a fleet of newly equipped 2023 Honda Goldwing super motorcycles, ready to welcome and lead the delegation of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol who will visit Vietnam from June 22-24.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Tien, Captain of the Traffic Police Patrol Team (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) said that recently, the image of a traffic police team riding large motorbikes leading a delegation of Party and State leaders and international guests visiting and working in Vietnam on the streets has always left a strong impression.
"According to the training plan, we deployed in an arrow formation. This is the formation that regularly leads delegations of Party and State leaders and international guests to visit and work in Vietnam," said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Tien.
The arrow formation consists of 3 motorbikes in front, 3 motorbikes in the back with 9 officers and soldiers. The 3 motorbikes in front are responsible for clearing the way and stopping vehicles passing through the intersection. The 3 motorbikes in the back will "lock the tail" so that other vehicles cannot enter the group.

According to the leader of the Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), the fleet of 30 "King of the Road" super motorbikes will be assigned to the traffic police force of the Traffic Police Department and local police.
"We believe that the traffic police force leading the delegation is the face of the entire traffic police force. The professional image of the leading force will leave a strong impression on international delegations visiting and working in Vietnam, as well as the people. Choosing the Honda Goldwing 1800cc to equip this force meets the modernization requirements of the traffic police in the new integration period," said the leader of the Traffic Police Department.
