The source told Reuters that the attack was carried out by Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Agency on May 26 and did not say whether it caused damage.

*Philippines demands China to end illegal actions in the East Sea: The Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on May 27 voiced its opposition to China's unilateral imposition of a four-month fishing ban in the East Sea.

Thomas H., who worked at the German Army's Weapons Purchasing Office in Koblenz, was accused of delivering classified documents to the Russian consulate in Bonn and the Russian embassy in Berlin.

*Germany says Ukraine may have to wait another 30 years to join NATO: German Chancellor Olaf Scholz recently hinted that Ukraine may have to wait up to 30 years to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

In a recent conversation with Berliners, Mr. Scholz stressed that the government in Kiev should not expect NATO membership in the near future, a view he had expressed in Kiev two years ago.
