This new weapon of the assault line is equipped with two 82mm mines.

This UAV is expected to be completed by the end of this year and put into mass production for the Russian military from next year.

UAV Surprise is designed similar to a 4-engine unmanned helicopter, easy to fold and carry in a backpack. The weight of the machine is 24kg, the maximum payload is 7kg and the attack range is up to 10km.

Equipped with a control system, surveillance cameras, thermal imaging equipment and a bullet drop adjustment system, the Surprise UAV is mainly used by infantry forces to drop mines on enemy positions and return to base after completing the mission.

"In addition, the Surprise UAV can also be used as a suicide weapon if the priority or cost of the target exceeds the loss of the UAV. In that case, its one-way range is 20km," said Mr. Kiselev.

The UAV is mainly made of carbon fiber and plastic, with almost no metal, making it difficult for radar to detect. The propellers are specially designed with curved tips to minimize operating noise, and the electric motor does not generate heat, helping to conceal its operating range.
