Houthis claim to have attacked a target in the Mediterranean Sea . Abdel Malik al-Houthi, leader of the Houthi movement in Yemen, said that one of the Houthi operations this week was aimed at a target in the Mediterranean Sea.

US, UK airstrikes in western Yemen. According to Houthi, US-UK coalition warplanes conducted two new airstrikes targeting Hodeidah airport in western Yemen.
The Houthi-run al-Masirah TV channel said the new airstrikes came less than 24 hours after the coalition carried out six airstrikes also targeting the same airport, but did not give details.
Locals reported hearing a loud explosion at the airport. The coalition has not commented on the report, but said it had recently destroyed four Houthi drones in an area controlled by the group.
Earlier, the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) announced that a missile fell into the sea near a cargo ship passing through the Red Sea, about 170 km south of the port city of Hodeidah. UKMTO has not received any reports of casualties or damage caused by the attack.
