Next, the team from the Government Agencies Block also "greeted" with a story about the Kitchen Gods' journey to Heaven during the spring festival... The confident and witty performances of the amateur actors brought bursts of laughter while also introducing the responsibilities and duties of each agency and unit, as well as their contributions to mass mobilization work in the past period. Lieutenant Colonel Le Hong Phuong, Head of the Technical Department of Warehouse J102 and Team Leader of the Government Agencies Block team, shared: "In preparation for the competition, during breaks and days off, our whole team worked together to develop the script, then practiced, learned from experience, and adjusted both the content of the answers and the actors' performances to make it as engaging and natural as possible."

The teams competed in knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teachings: "Skillful mass mobilization leads to success in everything; everything is for the people, everything is by the people, with the people we have everything," over the years, the Party Committee and command of Warehouse J102 have studied, thoroughly understood, and developed the content and targets of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement and the "Good Mass Mobilization Unit" in a specific manner, suitable to the unit's situation and the characteristics of the locality. This also served as fertile ground for the competing teams to explore and apply various art forms such as singing, dancing, music, and skits to each competition category. Therefore, it created a youthful, vibrant atmosphere and made the competition very engaging.

Participating teams competed in three parts: greetings; knowledge and situational problem-solving; and propaganda. According to the organizers, the teams invested in content, form, and methods to achieve the set goals and requirements. The content was highly educational and ideologically oriented; it was relevant to the functions and tasks of their respective units and positions; and it actively criticized the erroneous and reactionary views of hostile forces.

Comrade Dinh Trung Kien, Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Thach Binh commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province, and a member of the judging panel of the competition, said: “The participating teams conveyed meaningful messages, good experiences, and creative approaches from the practical implementation of mass mobilization work, thereby introducing typical and effective models of mass mobilization activities of the unit.”
