Nestlé Vietnam honored as Enterprise for Employees for the 5th consecutive year

Thanks to its efforts to build and maintain a fair and attractive human resources policy and a modern working environment built on a people-centric foundation, Nestlé Vietnam has just been honored as a "Typical Enterprise for Employees" in 2024.

On June 25, Nestlé Vietnam was honored in the 2024 "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" ranking, a program chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This is also the 5th consecutive time Nestlé Vietnam has received this title. This year, after the evaluation steps, the "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" program selected 67 enterprises to be honored. According to the organizers, the honored enterprises have made continuous efforts to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual life of employees, have higher welfare regimes than State regulations, ensure tax obligations, and social insurance, build harmonious and progressive labor relations, aiming for sustainable development in the process of integration and development. "The 'Outstanding Enterprise for Employees' award is a recognition of our continuous efforts over nearly 30 years of presence in Vietnam in creating a healthy, safe and effective working environment, helping to promote the capacity of employees. The valuable recognition from this award demonstrates Nestlé's leading position in attracting, developing and nurturing talent, and is also a motivation for the company to continue building a more professional and sustainable working environment. We strive to promote equality in the workplace and continue to introduce policies, initiatives and projects to build a diverse and harmonious culture.
