Construction and upgrading of National Highway 28B, section passing Dai Ninh Pass

The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 28B through Binh Thuan and Lam Dong provinces is about 69km long, of which the section through Binh Thuan province is about 51km. The starting point intersects with National Highway 1 in Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province. The end point intersects with National Highway 20 in Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province.

Construction will start in April 2024 with a total investment of more than VND 1,400 billion from the state budget. In particular, Dai Ninh Pass is currently of great significance for regional connectivity, forming a tourism triangle of "Ho Chi Minh City - Phan Thiet - Da Lat".

The National Highway 28B improvement project is an important step to improve the quality of the region’s transport infrastructure. With reasonable investment and effective management, this route will become a driving force for economic and social development for both Binh Thuan and Lam Dong provinces.
