According to Mr. Nguyen Thuong Quan, with the mission of pioneering in improving the quality of culinary training and creating open career opportunities for the young generation in the domestic and international markets, the Vietnam Chef Training and Employment Association always proactively seeks and establishes cooperative relationships with prestigious international educational and training organizations to contribute to building and developing a generation of chefs with solid skills, rich identity and global integration.
The cooperation with HTMi Switzerland - one of the leading European institutes in tourism and hotel management training, including culinary, is a step to realize VICA's strategy of developing high-quality kitchen human resources, opening up promising study, internship and work opportunities for young Vietnamese chefs on their journey to reach out to the world.

At the event, along with the signing of the cooperation agreement, representatives of the HTMi Swiss Hotel and Tourism Management Institute also presented the Official Representative Certificate to VICA Association and Letax Group. Accordingly, the parties will closely coordinate in recruiting, training and improving skills for culinary students through flexible forms such as studying abroad or on-site training.
This cooperation opens the door to opportunities for students to access a modern learning environment according to international culinary standards, thereby contributing to gradually improving the quality of human resources and competitiveness in the global labor market.

He highly appreciated the significance of this event in opening up many cooperation opportunities between Vietnam and Switzerland in the field of tourism training in general and culinary arts in particular. This is also a way to contribute to building a more sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism industry.
