The delegates and trainees participating in the training course.
This is a human resource training program under Sub-project 2, Project 10, of the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, organized by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Cooperative Union.
In his opening remarks at the training course, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, emphasized: Hundreds of cooperatives and cooperative groups have been established and developed in the mountainous and ethnic minority areas of the province, operating in almost all socio-economic sectors. However, the operational efficiency of many cooperatives is not high, mainly because the management teams of these cooperatives have not been informed and educated about the policies and laws stipulated in the Cooperative Law; they have not had access to new skills and knowledge to adapt to the market economy. Therefore, the need to improve the application of information technology for digital transformation, and enhance the management and operation of e-commerce for officials and members of cooperatives in ethnic minority and mountainous areas is essential.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, introduced the basic contents of the 2023 Cooperative Law.
During the training course, delegates were guided and introduced by speakers to the basic contents of the 2023 Cooperative Law and its implementing regulations; skills in applying e-commerce, marketing, promotion, and trade facilitation for goods and products; and solutions for managing, improving productivity and quality, and developing agricultural production linked to effective value chains...
Overview of the training session.
Over two days (October 22nd and 23rd), delegates both acquired knowledge and had the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss, and have their questions answered regarding the application of digital technology in production and business activities. This provided them with additional experience, knowledge, and skills to strengthen production linkages, promote trade, advertise and sell products, and improve the quality and economic value of their products.
