(CLO) On December 14, in Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Newspaper organized a training conference on "Filming and livestreaming skills on social networks and electronic newspapers" for reporters, editors, and technicians.

The press is facing increasingly fierce competition from social networks. This reality requires journalists to constantly innovate in creating press and media products - especially multimedia products, reaching many groups of audiences on social networking platforms.

During the 2-day training conference, the trainees were taught a lot of knowledge and skills in photography, filming, design on mobile devices and livestreaming on social networks by journalist Nguyen Van Hao, lecturer at the Institute of Journalism and Communication (Academy of Journalism and Communication). The training conference aims to help journalists grasp modern technology and techniques, improve their professional expertise, and contribute to improving the effectiveness of propaganda work.

The training conference on “Filming and livestreaming skills on social networks and online newspapers” was held right after the training conference on “IT application skills in building multimedia communication products; applying artificial intelligence (AI) for traditional and printed newspapers” organized by the Phu Yen Journalists Association in coordination with the Institute of Journalism and Communication (Academy of Journalism and Propaganda).

At this training conference, trainees were taught by journalist Nguyen Van Hao the skills of applying IT to build multimedia products in the digital age; applying AI to traditional and printed newspapers.
