On March 29, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a training conference on skills and techniques for writing news, articles, and taking photos to post on the Provincial Party Committee's electronic information portal.

At the conference, trainees exchanged and shared skills and expertise on how to write good and attractive news and articles, how to choose topics, themes, layouts, frames and captions appropriate to the content to create quality journalistic works posted on the Electronic Information Portal.
At the same time, share, analyze and evaluate more carefully the quality of news and articles of collaborators; thereby, helping members of the Editorial Board, the secretariat and the team of collaborators gain more skills and experience in the process of writing news and articles for posting, contributing to improving the quality of propaganda work on the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal, increasingly better meeting the information needs of the people./.
