Improve skills and expertise in mass mobilization work for grassroots cadres

The training course had 220 participants who were leaders and cadres of mass mobilization committees of mountainous districts; heads, deputy heads, and members of mass mobilization blocks of communes and towns; and non-professional cadres working in mass mobilization at the grassroots level.

During the 2 days (August 15 and 16), the trainees were taught 4 topics: Mass mobilization work for religious people; Strengthening and innovating mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas and exchanging some practical mass mobilization skills; Information on the religious situation in the mountainous areas of Quang Nam province in recent times and some experiences in handling complicated and related issues; Improving public ethics and mass mobilization work according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

Through the training course, the aim is to equip and improve skills, expertise, and new knowledge about mass mobilization work for the staff working in mass mobilization at the grassroots level. At the same time, exchange experiences in mobilizing, gathering people, and handling actual situations occurring in the locality.
