Mr. Vi Van Duc in Thanh Dong village, Thanh Xuan commune (Nhu Xuan) was able to borrow 100 million VND under the Production and Business Program from 2022. Mr. Duc said: “Previously, to learn about the number of principal and interest payment periods for my family's loan or the Government's preferential credit policies, I had to go directly to the transaction point or meet a credit officer to compare and pay. But since the bank deployed the VBSP smartbanking application, I can pay interest, principal, learn about policy credit programs with the Social Policy Bank at any time without having to go to a transaction point or office, reducing time and travel costs, so I find it very convenient”.
Mr. Le Dinh Quang, Head of the Savings and Loan Group of the Farmers' Association of Tan Son Village, Ha Tan Commune (Ha Trung), said: “The Savings and Loan Group that I manage currently has 46 members who are receiving loans with an outstanding loan balance of more than 1.6 billion VND. Previously, when managing the capital entrusted by the Social Policy Bank, I had to spend a lot of time recording and monitoring the books, and members who wanted to learn about loan information had to look at paper documents or come directly to hear explanations and instructions. Now, with the application of the Social Policy Bank's digital technology on mobile devices, I can look up the borrowers, the process of each loan program; grasp detailed information on monthly interest and principal payments and send specific notifications to each borrower. Even when we don't remember all the programs we are lending to or the procedures, documents, amounts... we just need to go directly to the application to check and it will be clear. The implementation of digital technology applications of the Social Policy Bank has helped a lot in my work of managing policy credit trust capital."

To effectively implement the digital transformation of the system, Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank has implemented many training programs on policy credit operations for credit officers, entrusted organizations, unions, commune-level poverty reduction officers and heads of savings and loan groups... Up to now, 100% of communes, wards and towns across the province have implemented the program and used Mobile Banking transaction utilities; tens of thousands of policy loan customers are conducting transactions via the bank's application on mobile devices.
In addition to the Mobile Banking application, implementing the digital transformation plan, Thanh Hoa Social Policy Bank also equips modern technology and software systems with high security to departments.
