Improve construction quality, replicate advanced models and typical examples

Welcome to the Conference to Commend Outstanding Exemplars of Bac Kan Province (2021-2023)

BBK - Recognizing that the task of building and replicating advanced models is one of the four important stages of the patriotic emulation movement and the work of commendation, in recent years, Bac Kan province has focused on identifying, nurturing, building, and replicating advanced models in emulation movements.

Building upon the achievements of previous years and based on Plan No. 458/KH-UBND dated July 19, 2021, of the Provincial People's Committee on building and replicating exemplary models of advanced achievements in the period 2021-2025, sectors, localities, and units in the province have actively organized and extensively implemented emulation movements. In reality, agencies, units, and localities have implemented many emulation programs and activities to effectively carry out the Party and State's policies on reforming emulation and reward work in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated April 7, 2014, of the Politburo .

Emulation movements such as: "Bac Kan unites and works together to fight and overcome the Covid-19 pandemic"; "Bac Kan joins forces to build new rural areas"; "Bac Kan joins hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind"; "Unity, creativity, and emulation to build a rapidly and sustainably developing Bac Kan province"; "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to implement workplace culture"... have been widely implemented and the criteria have been concretized to suit the actual operations of each agency and unit.

Agencies, units, and localities within the province should proactively issue documents and plans for implementation.

Mr. Hoang Minh, Head of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board, stated: "Through monitoring the implementation, we have observed that advanced models and exemplary practices are being developed and replicated in specific fields, closely aligned with assigned political tasks and the realities of each sector and locality. The evaluation of results is conducted annually, linked to the assessment of emulation and commendation work of agencies and units. These exemplary practices are outstanding, suitable to the characteristics and nature of the work and tasks; they have a positive impact and create a strong ripple effect within agencies, units, and the community. This promotes patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful achievement of the province's socio -economic development goals for the 2021-2023 period."

Through these movements, many exemplary collectives have emerged, leading the patriotic emulation movement and receiving emulation flags from the Government and the Provincial People's Committee, such as: the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Kan city; the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Thuan, Duong Phong (Bach Thong), Tran Phu (Na Ri) communes...

Many officials and employees have strived for creative work, actively provided advice, and received commendations and awards from various levels, such as: Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, Head of the Science Management Department (Department of Science and Technology); Ms. Le Thi Ngoc, Principal of Phung Chi Kien Kindergarten (Bac Kan City); Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Tien Dung (Provincial Military Command); Major Tong Huu The (Provincial Police); Mr. Pham Van Khac, Head of the Front Committee of Thai Binh village, Quan Ha commune (Bach Thong)...

Along with commendations and awards, propaganda through mass media is considered one of the important channels to encourage and promote emulation movements. In addition to being commended and honored at the local level, the province annually selects 3 to 5 exemplary models and individuals to send to the Central Emulation and Commendation Board for introduction and promotion. This further contributes to promoting emulation movements and fostering creativity in labor, study, and work at agencies and units.

Clearly define the criteria for comprehensive exemplary models and exemplary models in specific fields; integrate the content and criteria for building exemplary models from campaigns and emulation movements aimed at successfully fulfilling the political tasks of agencies, units, and localities. Create a favorable environment for exemplary models to implement and demonstrate their roles. At the same time, link the work of building and replicating exemplary models with commendation and reward, paying particular attention to awarding exceptional achievements.../.
