Welcome to the Conference to commend advanced models of Bac Kan province (2021-2023)
BBK - Identifying the work of building and replicating advanced models as one of the four important stages of the patriotic emulation movement and reward work, in recent years, Bac Kan province has focused on discovering, nurturing, building and replicating advanced models in emulation movements.

Inheriting the results achieved in previous years and based on Plan No. 458/KH-UBND dated July 19, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on building and replicating typical advanced models in the period of 2021 - 2025, sectors, localities and units in the province have actively organized, responded to and widely implemented emulation movements. In fact, agencies, units and localities have deployed many emulation contents and programs to effectively implement the Party and State's guidelines and policies on innovation in emulation and reward work in the spirit of Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated April 7, 2014 of the Politburo.
Emulation movements such as: "Bac Kan unites to join hands, competes to prevent, fight and defeat the Covid-19 pandemic"; "Bac Kan joins hands to build new rural areas"; "Bac Kan joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind"; "Solidarity, creativity, and emulation to build Bac Kan province to develop quickly and sustainably"; "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to practice office culture"... are widely deployed and specify criteria to suit the actual operations of each agency and unit.
Agencies, units and localities in the province proactively issue documents and plans for implementation.
Mr. Hoang Minh, Head of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Board, said: Through actual monitoring of the implementation, it can be seen that advanced models and examples have been built and replicated in specific fields, closely following the assigned political tasks and the reality of each sector and locality. The evaluation of results is carried out periodically every year in conjunction with the evaluation of emulation and reward work of agencies and units. Advanced examples are outstanding, suitable to the characteristics and nature of work and tasks; have positive impacts, creating strong spillovers in agencies, units and communities. Thereby promoting patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development goals for the period 2021 - 2023.
Through the movements, many typical and advanced collectives, leading in the patriotic emulation movement, were awarded the Emulation Flag by the Government and the Provincial People's Committee, such as: Party Committee, Government and People of Bac Kan city; Party Committee, Government and People of the communes: Quang Thuan, Duong Phong (Bach Thong), Tran Phu (Na Ri)...
Many cadres, civil servants and public employees have strived to work creatively, actively advised and been commended and rewarded by all levels, such as: Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, Head of Science Management Department (Department of Science and Technology); Ms. Le Thi Ngoc, Principal of Phung Chi Kien Kindergarten (Bac Kan City); Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Tien Dung (Provincial Military Command); Major Tong Huu The (Provincial Police); Mr. Pham Van Khac, Head of the Front Work Committee of Thai Binh village, Quan Ha commune (Bach Thong)...
Along with the commendation and reward work, propaganda activities through mass media are considered one of the important channels to encourage and promote the emulation movement. In addition to being commended and honored locally, every year the province also selects from 3 to 5 typical models and examples to send to the Central Emulation and Reward Committee for introduction and propaganda. This further contributes to promoting emulation movements, arousing the spirit of creativity in labor, study and work at agencies and units.
Clearly define the criteria for comprehensive advanced models and advanced models in a number of fields; integrate the content and criteria for building advanced models in campaigns and emulation movements towards successfully implementing the political tasks of agencies, units and localities. Create a favorable environment for models to perform and demonstrate their roles. At the same time, link the work of building and expanding advanced models with commendation and rewards, paying special attention to extraordinary rewards.../.
