Colonel Do Ngoc Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, recently attended a regular meeting at the Suoi Tut Village Party Cell, Quang Chieu Commune. Attending the meeting was comrade Ha Van Ca, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Muong Lat District Party Committee.

Located nearly 10km from the center of Quang Chieu commune, bordering Sop Hao cluster, Sop Bau district (Laos), Suoi Tut village has 26 households and 128 people of Dao ethnic group living. Currently, the village Party Cell has a total of 8 official party members, but does not have a Party Committee, so the Party Cell's activities are managed by the Secretary and Deputy Secretary.

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Do Ngoc Vinh, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard and comrade Ha Van Ca, Secretary of the Muong Lat District Party Committee highly appreciated the preparation and implementation of the Party cell's activities; especially the results of leading the people of Suoi Tut village to successfully implement the goals and tasks of economic, cultural and social development associated with ensuring national defense and security. At the same time, he hoped that the secretaries, deputy secretaries and Party members in the Suoi Tut village Party cell would continue to unite and be unified; strictly maintain the working regime; well implement the 5 principles of organizing Party activities, especially the principle of democratic centralism, promoting collective intelligence to propose policies and solutions to lead the implementation of tasks more accurately and effectively in the coming time.

Regarding the direction and key tasks in the coming time, the Commander of the Provincial Border Guard and the Secretary of the Muong Lat District Party Committee emphasized: The Suoi Tut village Party Cell needs to focus on building a truly clean and strong Party Cell; actively, proactively, and promptly advise the Quang Chieu Commune Party Committee on policies and measures to lead the Suoi Tut Party Cell to successfully carry out all tasks. Propaganda and orientation for the villagers to focus on investing in key economic development areas such as growing Cay Noi rice, bamboo trees, medicinal plants, fruit trees, building eco-tourism areas... in the spirit of Resolution No. 11, dated September 29, 2022 of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on the economic development strategy of Muong Lat district to 2030, with a vision to 2045. Continue to lead the promotion of propaganda and mobilization of villagers to actively participate in building new rural areas, building green, clean and beautiful villages; Coordinate with Quang Chieu Border Guard Station in implementing afforestation, protecting and preventing forest fires, actively participating in border protection, fighting and denouncing crimes, determined to strive to build Suoi Tut village to reach the New Rural finish line in 2024.
