The summary report of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 347 and the opinions expressed at the conference unanimously affirmed: After 10 years of implementing the resolution, awareness and capacity for research, forecasting, and strategic defense advice in the field of military logistics have been improved. The advisory work of the agency and the staff of the Military Logistics Department is more comprehensive, ensuring accuracy, accuracy, and timeliness; the stability and quality are higher, and the efficiency is higher than in the period 2010-2015.

In the coming time, to effectively implement Resolution No. 347 of the Central Military Commission, the Party Committee of the Quartermaster Department determines to focus on building a strong Party organization of agencies and units, a team of cadres and party members who are truly pioneering and exemplary, meeting the requirements of the task. Thoroughly grasp and raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, commanders at all levels and cadres on the work of research, forecasting and advising on national defense strategies.
