Accordingly, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the district are always united, making efforts, and promoting the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. Some aspects of the Union's work have had positive changes. Propaganda and education work has been invested in and innovated; the work of grasping the ideological situation and social opinions of the Youth Union has been strengthened; activities of accompanying and supporting in studying and economic development have received attention; the work of advising, coordinating, and directing has been basically innovated, gradually promoting effectiveness...

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ba Thuoc district has 21 commune and town unions, 6 affiliated unions and 4 high school unions. The total number of union members managed according to the list is 4,327, of which 3,115 are regular union members, accounting for 72%.

In order to build a generation of Ba Thuoc youth with revolutionary ideals and strong political will; develop healthily, comprehensively, and harmoniously in terms of intelligence, physical strength, skills, and build and consolidate a strong Youth Union organization, in the coming time, all levels of the Ba Thuoc district Youth Union need to synchronously implement the following solutions:

First, innovate and improve the quality of propaganda and education work for union members and youth.

Education on revolutionary ideals and political qualities: Innovate learning methods, thoroughly grasp the Party's and Youth Union's policies and resolutions, and the State's laws and policies for cadres and young union members. Focus on checking and evaluating learning and dissemination results. Moral education and cultural lifestyle: Be creative and practical in organizing cadres, union members, and young people to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. Continue to standardize models associated with each union member and youth group to concretize the campaign "Building a beautiful image of Ba Thuoc youth in the new era". Maintain and develop models of union members and youth participating in inheriting and preserving traditional cultural values; building a civilized and cultural lifestyle. Every year, each union base mobilizes union members and youth to implement at least 1 model of "Civilized and economical wedding".

Educating historical traditions, promoting patriotism and national pride: Organizing various forms of competitions to learn about Vietnamese history at all levels. Organizing programs to return to the source, journeys to historical sites, red addresses, thematic activities, gratitude activities, caring for, embellishing and promoting the value of historical and cultural relics; organizing candle lighting to pay tribute to heroic martyrs on July 27 every year. Maintaining and expanding models of youth participating in introducing and promoting historical and cultural relics of the locality and the country, especially Ha Cong Thai temple, Dieu stone roof relic, Co Lung temple, fish cave of Van Nho commune...

Second, continue to promote the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of youth in carrying out revolutionary action movements.

Youth Volunteer Movement: Volunteer to participate in building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas and civilized urban areas; volunteer to participate in environmental protection, response to climate change; volunteer for community life. Diversify the content of volunteer programs and activities associated with the needs of social life; participate in solving pressing issues, newly arising issues, social security activities, participate in community development; support disadvantaged youth; lonely elderly; support going to school, taking care of community health, ensuring food hygiene and safety; diversify forms of organizing activities to protect, care for and educate youth in residential areas, especially during peak volunteer periods.

Creative Youth Movement: Propaganda and mobilize young people to participate in creative idea competitions to find highly applicable solutions in the fields of environment, transportation, education, urban management, administrative reform, and prevention of social evils. Develop clubs, competitions, festivals, team activities, and groups on digital technology and digital transformation; organize digital technology practice activities; propagate and popularize digital skills, security and network safety skills for young people. Actively and persistently advise and propose solutions to support the realization of ideas and initiatives of young people according to each target group.

Youth movement to protect the Fatherland: Participate in implementing the Fatherland protection strategy in the new situation; participate in ensuring security and order in residential areas; promote the youth of the armed forces to enthusiastically train, strive, be exemplary and take the lead in performing the task of protecting the Fatherland, maintaining national security, social order and safety; participate in preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and epidemics. Participate in building a regular, elite, and gradually modern revolutionary people's armed forces.

Third, effectively implement programs to accompany young people.

Accompanying young people in studying: Activities to build a spirit of studiousness and self-study among young people: Continue to implement the campaign "Lifelong learning", encourage and motivate union members and young people to self-study, improve their political theory, professional qualifications, and supplement new knowledge; Build and promote a reading culture among young union members; Activities to support young people in schools: organize the commendation of "3 Good Students" and implement solutions to connect and promote typical examples after the commendation. Organize activities to promote the role of union members who are students, young teachers, and students in building "Happy Schools". Mobilize resources for the activities "Supporting students to go to school", encouraging learning, encouraging talents, and awarding scholarships to support students in difficult circumstances. Mobilize students who have dropped out of school and are at risk of dropping out to return to school; actively participate in the work of eliminating illiteracy and universalizing education.

Accompanying young people in starting a business: In accompanying young people in economic development: Establishing, maintaining and replicating models of linking young people to develop the economy such as: cooperatives, cooperatives; clubs; model of "Pioneering Youth Union Secretary for starting a business"... Actively coordinate and participate in effectively implementing the program "One Commune One Product - OCOP", connecting product output. In accompanying young people to start up and innovate: Mobilize and support young people to participate in "Startup Idea" competitions organized by the higher-level Youth Union. Periodically organize policy dialogue activities between young people starting up and businesses and state management agencies.

In career counseling and job introduction: Innovate and increase the application of information technology (website, software, social networks) in career counseling and orientation activities, focusing on high school students. Improve the quality of admission counseling and career orientation days; job counseling; labor market information; support activities, vocational training, and supplementary skills suitable for each group of young people... to improve the ability to find and create jobs for young people.

Accompanying young people to practice and develop life skills, improve physical fitness, cultural and spiritual life: Innovating the content and form of skill training suitable to the conditions of each locality, unit, and each youth group. Continuing to create an environment to practice social skills for young people through clubs, teams, and practice groups; competitions and performances; experiential and extracurricular education programs to improve the quality of education associated with life skills education.

Regularly organize cultural, artistic and sports activities suitable for each group of young people, promote the creativity of young people in creating new and healthy forms of entertainment, preserving and promoting the cultural values ​​of the country and locality. Invest in building infrastructure and institutions to support young people in improving their physical and mental health. Organize exchange activities, share and foster skills in building happy families and raising children for young families; propagate the law on marriage and family, paying special attention to the issue of incestuous marriage.

Accompanying youth in international integration: Strengthening information and propaganda work for cadres and youth union members. Promoting activities to improve foreign language skills and international integration for youth.

Fourth, innovate and improve the quality of work in charge of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Team, protecting, caring for, and educating teenagers and children.

Effectively implement the movement "Thanh Hoa children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings". Youth Union cadre work: Continue to implement key solutions to create positive changes in the work of Youth Union cadres, build a team of enthusiastic, brave, exemplary Youth Union cadres with the capacity to lead, inspire, and mature from the youth movement. Carry out well all stages of cadre work.

Union work: Continue to implement solutions to develop and improve the quality of newly admitted union members. Correctly implement the principles, processes and procedures for admitting new union members. Well implement the "1 + 1" policy. Continue to effectively implement the programs "Training union members", "Union members day". Update and promote the application of the Union member management database software. Seriously implement the annual assessment and classification of union members.
