Improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of Nghe An Military Forces

On the afternoon of November 26, the Steering Committee of Project 2036 of Nghe An province held a conference to review 1 year of implementing the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the Military Region 4 Military Region's Armed Forces in the period of 2023 - 2030 and the following years" and Directive No. 24 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work of the Military Region's Armed Forces in the period of 2023 - 2030 and the following years".

Attending the conference were Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Political Commissar of Military Region IV; Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and representatives of 6 provinces in the military region.

After one year of implementation, the goals and targets of Project 2036 and Directive 24 of the Provincial Party Committee have been implemented comprehensively, synchronously, with focus and key points by the Party Committee, government, departments, branches, socio-political organizations and armed forces of Nghe An province with many creative approaches and effective models suitable to reality.

Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Political Commissar of Military Region IV spoke at the conference.

From the results and lessons learned, the leaders of Military Region 4 also requested Nghe An and other provinces in the area to pay attention to promoting education, dissemination, raising awareness and responsibility of cadres at all levels, grasping the 3 general goals and 5 specific goals of the Project. Closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to effectively carry out Party development work, arrange jobs for demobilized soldiers; coordinate to survey and build effective and practical "Smart Mass Mobilization" models for replication.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long emphasized a number of key tasks to implement Project 2036 and Directive No. 24 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 10 collectives with achievements after 1 year of implementing Directive No. 24 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Vice Chairman Bui Dinh Long awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to individuals with achievements after 1 year of implementing Directive No. 24 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to award certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 19 individuals who had achievements after 1 year of implementing Directive No. 24 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
