Currently, the proportion of teachers in the school with university degrees or higher is 84.56%; of which 33.3% are post-graduates. There are 125 teachers recognized as excellent lecturers and teachers at the grassroots level; 14 teachers recognized as excellent lecturers and teachers at the Ministry of National Defense level. In recent times, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the school have regularly disseminated and effectively implemented resolutions, directives, conclusions, and projects at all levels on education and training, focusing on the Project "Building a team of teachers and educational managers in the Army for the period 2023-2030 and the following years"; focusing on effectively implementing the work of assessing and classifying the quality of the teaching staff from the subject to the school by many measures, such as: Through monthly assessment and classification of teacher quality; through attending lectures; professional seminars; Annual teaching conferences and competitions for lecturers and teachers, and especially through collecting feedback from students on the teaching quality of each teacher; collecting feedback from former students, management agencies in units throughout the army... as a basis for the school to develop programs and plans for professional development and improve teaching quality.

Notably, many soft skills training programs were organized in teaching, fostering pedagogical and information technology skills. Proactively coordinated and sent 34 cadres and lecturers to training and fostering at academies and schools inside and outside the Army; 172 cadres and teachers went to foster practical knowledge, practice exploiting and using equipment and weapons assigned to the unit; 1,224 teachers attended training courses, fostering and improving professional qualifications and skills according to plan, achieving good results... to improve practical knowledge, effectively apply it to the teaching process, and impart experience to students...

With the function of performing the tasks of education and training, training according to the tasks, contents, programs, and plans approved by competent authorities: Training technical staff at college, intermediate, and elementary technical levels in the military industry (guns, artillery, equipment, ammunition); the automobile industry (cars, power stations); mechanics, driving cars of all classes and other technical majors when assigned; training and coaching technical and professional staff; training in national defense and security knowledge for subjects... for the 2020-2025 term, the school's training results have all met and exceeded the targets set out in the resolution, 100% meeting the requirements. Of which, at the college level, the rate of good and excellent students exceeded 13.67%; at the intermediate level, the rate of excellent students exceeded 7.34%; at the elementary level, the rate of excellent students exceeded 2.85%. Graduates have qualities, knowledge, and skills to meet job requirements, and are confident, enthusiastic, and confident about their work units.

Along with completing teaching tasks well, the teaching staff in the school is always active and passionate about scientific research. During the term, they have carried out and completed 17 topics and initiatives at the General Department of Logistics and Engineering and the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army; 62 topics and initiatives at the school level; compiled 25 textbooks, documents, and electronic textbooks. Of which, 5 research products on simulation of weapons, equipment, ammunition, and management software were awarded at the Ministry of National Defense level; 12 topics, initiatives, and improvements won the Creative Youth Award in the Army.

Grasping the viewpoint that "the quality of the teaching staff is the leading factor determining the quality of training", implementing the motto "the quality of the school's training is the combat readiness of the unit", the Party Committee of the School determined: "Improving the comprehensive capacity of the teaching staff, educational management staff, focusing on building a sense of responsibility, love for the profession; accumulating achievements in teacher titles and titles" is one of the three breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term. On that basis, the school continues to focus on doing a good job of creating a source to train the teaching staff to ensure sufficient quantity and quality, especially the number of teachers who meet the prescribed standards and achieve teacher titles and titles. Implementing well the digital transformation plan in education and training; improving the quality and effectiveness of military science work; implementing research on scientific research products associated with education and training activities. Strengthening propaganda and education work, building a team of teachers who are "both red and professional", a symbol of ethical standards, talent and play an important role in forming revolutionary qualities, knowledge, skills for students... contributing to improving the quality of education and training; building a school Party organization that is strong in politics, ideology, organization, ethics and cadres, leading the school to successfully carry out all assigned tasks.
