"Step Up to Childhood" brings love to students in the border area of ​​Bu Dop

BPO - On the afternoon of April 19, the Binh Phuoc Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Connected Youth Club, the Youth Union of Thanh Loc Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City and the Provincial Border Guard Command to organize the charity program "Helping Children" in Hung Phuoc Commune, Bu Dop District.

At the program, the delegation presented many teaching and learning equipment to Phuoc Tien Primary School (belonging to Hung Phuoc Primary and Secondary School), including: 5 televisions, 1 water purifier, sunshade curtains for classrooms, a basketball court and reading books for students.

The members of the delegation organized fun activities with prizes for the students.

Volunteers prepare 400 portions of noodles for students and people

After the fun games, the students also enjoyed the meaningful noodles prepared by the volunteer group members.

In addition, the delegation also organized many meaningful exchange activities such as performing arts, cooking for students and local people; giving many gifts to students in difficult circumstances, from poor households and ethnic minority households studying at the school. The total cost of the program was over 90 million VND, sponsored by the Youth Connection Club and the Thanh Loc Ward Youth Union.

In addition, the program also donated 50 pairs of books, 2,000 blank notebooks, 500 sets of school supplies to students and 15 gifts to people in difficult circumstances. At the same time, 400 portions of noodles were cooked to serve students and people in border areas.
