According to the report, in 2025, the total public investment capital plan from national target programs (NTPs) of Nam Tra My is more than 107 billion VND, up to now the district has allocated 100% to project categories; disbursement reached 5.9 billion VND (5.21%).

Regarding career capital, the National Target Program on New Rural Construction allocated more than 6.4 billion VND to Nam Tra My, the remaining 2 programs are sustainable poverty reduction and socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas that have not been allocated to the district.

According to the People's Committee of Nam Tra My district, the district will continue to closely follow the implementation of national target programs until the district-level activities are stopped, except for projects that are temporarily suspended according to the province's direction.

The implementation of national target programs in Nam Tra My has encountered many difficulties such as slow site clearance for civil works; limited mobilization of resources from the people; lack of construction materials and high prices; limited staff capacity; the number and rate of poor households, near-poor households, disadvantaged families and the number of particularly disadvantaged villages and communes are still high and higher than the average level of the province's mountainous areas...

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested Nam Tra My to continue focusing on the tasks set out in the 2025 plan, classify work groups and project categories to be implemented, speed up progress, and make the most of time.

Regarding career capital, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested departments and branches to quickly advise the Provincial People's Committee to allocate career capital to districts. Districts with resources should quickly allocate resources to projects, ensuring sufficient capital for works and projects to be completed.

For the capital source extending from 2024 to 2025, it must be completely disbursed by April 30. The district works with the construction unit, requiring the construction unit to commit to completing the construction works. The 2025 capital source will be disbursed by June 30 at 50%, the disbursement progress will gradually reach the end of the year, then the 2025 capital source will be completely disbursed, not extended to 2026.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested that the locality be responsible for inspecting each project to monitor the progress of each project, so that when the district's mission is over, it can be transferred to the next investor to continue implementing according to regulations.
