Ha Tinh male student honored as "5 Good Students" at Central level

Dang Quoc Thanh (hometown Loc Ha, Ha Tinh) was honored to receive the title of "5 Good Students" at the Central level and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

The Central Secretariat of the Vietnam Student Association has just decided to award the titles of "5 Good Students", "5 Good Students", "5 Good Student Collective" and the Central-level "January Star" award in 2023.

Dang Quoc Thanh is currently a student at Foreign Trade University.

Accordingly, there are 74 individuals achieving the title of "5 Good Students", 167 individuals achieving the title of "5 Good Students", 29 groups achieving the title of "5 Good Student Group" at the Central level for the 2022-2023 school year and 96 individuals achieving the "January Star" award in 2023.

In which, Dang Quoc Thanh - majoring in Foreign Economics , class 59, Foreign Trade University achieved the title of "5 Good Students" at the Central level for the 2022 - 2023 school year.

This achievement is the journey of Dang Quoc Thanh's efforts and development based on the criteria: "Good study", "Good morality", "Good physical strength", "Good volunteering" and "Good integration".

Dang Quoc Thanh is one of 150 outstanding delegates participating in the program "Meeting with outstanding youth and students of Ha Tinh working and studying in Hanoi " organized by Ha Tinh province in June 2023.

Dang Quoc Thanh won first prize in the University-level Student Scientific Research Competition with the topic "Impact of some economic factors on CO2 emissions: Experimental research from some Asian countries"; was awarded a certificate of merit for Outstanding Student of Foreign Trade University in the 2022-2023 school year; was awarded third prize in the Ministry-level Student Scientific Research Competition with the topic "Impact of some economic factors on CO2 emissions: Experimental research from some Asian countries" by the Ministry of Education and Training.

In addition, Dang Quoc Thanh has an article published in the Proceedings of The Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM) with the topic "Impacts of Economic factors on CO2 emissions: Empirical research from Asia countries"; an article published in the Proceedings of the SR-ICYREB 2023 international conference with the topic: "Evaluation and proposition for the development of export credit insurance in Vietnam"; an article published in the Asia-Pacific Economic Journal with the topic "Current status of some economic factors affecting CO2 emissions in Vietnam and proposed solutions"...

Dang Quoc Thanh was admitted as a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam at Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted. During his 11th and 12th grade years, Thanh won second prize in the national excellent student competition in Mathematics.

The award ceremony will take place at the 74th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of Students and the Vietnam Student Association (January 9, 1950 - January 9, 2024) held on January 7 at the Ho Chi Minh City Student Cultural House.
