The allocation is based on the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. The support level for new construction is 60 million VND/house. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requests the Department of Agriculture and Environment to issue a document guiding specific support objects according to Official Dispatch No. 904.

The People's Committee of Nam Giang district presides over and coordinates with the District's Mobilization Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses to organize the selection of subjects in accordance with the instructions of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the regulations in Resolution No. 13, Resolution No. 27 and Resolution No. 07 of the Provincial People's Council; make a list and organize timely support; inspect and supervise the construction of houses of subjects, and be responsible for the selected list.

The settlement documents are made in accordance with current financial regulations, sending the list of supported subjects and the report on the results of use together with the documents to the Provincial Mobilization Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses (through the accountant of the Provincial Mobilization Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses); at the same time, sending the list of supported subjects to the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Agriculture and Environment for monitoring and direction.
