After Victoria Village, from July 2024, Novaland plans to continue to hand over more than 1,000 pink books of the Sunrise Riverside project (District 7). In addition, towers G6 and E2 of this project are expected to hand over houses to residents in the third quarter of 2024. In addition, about 3,000 apartments of The Sun Avenue project (Thu Duc City) and 178 low-rise houses of the Palm City project (Thu Duc City) are also completing paperwork to apply for approval to be eligible for pink books in the near future.

In addition to completing the procedures for granting pink books for projects that have been handed over, Novaland also focuses resources on completing the handover of houses to customers at projects that the group is implementing. Specifically, in 2024, Novaland aims to hand over more than 2,500 townhouses, villas, apartments, 24/7 office lots... at the NovaWorld Phan Thiet project clusters (Binh Thuan province), NovaWorld Ho Tram (Ba Ria-Vung Tau province), Aqua City (Dong Nai province), Sunrise Riverside and Palm City (HCMC).
At the same time, the group also cooperates with competent authorities to continue to accelerate legal completion steps, strengthen activities in real estate projects. Because the legal clearance of the above key projects contributes to the general development, urban renovation and implementation of local social security.
