Participate in giving opinions on draft projects, regulations and summarizing and concluding directives and resolutions under the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees on Party building and organization work to ensure time, progress and quality.
Notably, the industry promptly advised on consolidating and perfecting the leadership and management positions of the province after receiving the Inspection Conclusion of the Central Inspection Team 581, creating high consensus and unanimity.

The work of developing new party members exceeded the target set by the resolution. As of December 15, 2024, the whole province admitted 2,203/1,900 new party members, reaching 115.95% of the target set by the resolution. At the same time, consulting on solutions to develop new party members among students, in 2024, 185 students and 13 university students were admitted.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged and commended the achievements of the province's Party building organization sector in 2024.
Basically agreeing with the 8 groups of tasks and key solutions set out for 2025, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the entire industry to focus on doing a good job of advising on the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus in conjunction with restructuring the staff according to the set roadmap.
Immediately after the Central Government issued policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the political system, the sector proactively made arrangement plans to both promptly resolve policies and stabilize personnel to perform political tasks well.
