In 2023, Thanh Hoa province will have thousands of citizens enlisting in 13 military units and 5 units under the Ministry of Public Security. The quality of citizens enlisting in 2023 is quite high, with 18.5% having type 1 health; 72.3% having high school education, and 5.03% having graduated from university or college. Notably, 284 party members will enlist, an increase of 4.2% compared to 2022. Under the close and drastic leadership and direction of Party committees, authorities, Military Service Councils at all levels and the synchronous participation of the entire political system, in 2023, Thanh Hoa province has successfully completed its military recruitment task.

To successfully complete the 2024 military recruitment task, Thanh Hoa province requires local Party committees, authorities, units, departments, branches and organizations to continue to fully and deeply grasp the Law on Military Service, circulars, directives and guiding documents of superiors on strengthening measures to improve the quality of selection and calling citizens to join the army in the new situation. At the same time, focus on doing a good job of propaganda so that young people and people understand their obligations and responsibilities in implementing the Law on Military Service.

Collectives and individuals successfully completed the 2023 military recruitment task.

On this occasion, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in military recruitment in 2023.
