The above information was given by Mr. Ivan Chebeskov on the sidelines of the annual conference and business forum of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB).
According to him, sanctions hinder the activities of private businesses and individuals. Russia will create conditions for the interests of such businesses and individuals to operate.
"On Russia's side, we will create conditions, although Moscow cannot control the other side because this is a third party's policy," Deputy Finance Minister Ivan Chebeskov emphasized.
On June 12, the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions on the Moscow Exchange as well as the National Depository for Payments and Debt Relief, a division of the Moscow Exchange.
He joined the measures against the group of companies above.
Some media outlets quoted experts as saying that the restrictions could affect the trading of frozen assets.
In response, the exchange announced that it would not trade in US dollars, euros and Hong Kong dollars.
