ILA Summer Festival 2024 is not only ILA's most spectacular summer event ever, but also a great opportunity for Generation Alpha to showcase their talents.

Vibrant and colorful summer festival

From early morning, Hoa Lu Stadium was bustling with the presence of students, parents, teachers and teaching assistants from ILA centers. From 3-4 year old children to 15-16 year old teenagers, all the children were curious to explore the colorfully decorated booths and game areas of ILA.

After the opening performance of the ILA Summer Festival 2024 with vibrant dances, the children entered the first activity - conquering the marathon race. This is a marathon race specially designed by ILA for "young athletes" to raise health awareness and encourage the spirit of physical exercise and sports in them.

Ms. Dieu Linh (HCMC) shared: “This is the first time my child has participated in such an exciting event. Even though she is only 3 years old, she is very excited to run with her friends and older siblings…”

The sunny summer sky sparkled with the joy of the children in the event of conquering exciting challenges. At each age, the children had their own race stages. For many children, this was the first time they participated in a running competition, but each tiny step was an effort to move forward with the enthusiastic encouragement of their parents and ILA teachers.

At the end of the marathon, the children were drenched in sweat but still had bright smiles when they reached the finish line. The program continued with games and fair activities. Next, the audience also watched the special performances in the summary of the 6-week summer course of the ILA children.

Meaningful luggage from ILA summer

The baggage from the ILA summer does not stop at the memorable memories left after nearly 2 months of playing and learning. Now, many parents watch their children appear confidently on stage with their eyes full of pride.

Children can sing English songs so touchingly that they melt the hearts of their parents. They join in the vibrant dance as if they had been trained in an art center.

When seeing their children’s colorful cosplay costumes, many parents expressed their admiration for the Alpha generation’s limitless creativity. The graceful martial arts performances also made thousands of children cheer in admiration.

Joining the festival atmosphere, the basketball competition area with professional teams and clubs SSA, Global Art was equally exciting with skillful throws. The ILA children sang well, danced beautifully, were flexible and strong with sports.

A Generation Alpha Growing Up Every Day

Generation Alpha was born in the age of technology, they bring with them many advantages on their journey to adulthood. Coming to ILA, they have learned how to develop themselves to build a strong community together in the future.

When visiting the fundraising booths and learning about the community projects that ILA children have prepared throughout the summer, many parents are surprised. In the eyes of parents, their children are still small, but now they know how to contribute to the community with their creative ideas and humane actions.

After attending the ILA summer course, Minh An (15 years old) shared: “I hope that I can help more people in difficult circumstances. If everyone contributes, this world will have more successful and happier people.”

In his speech, Mr. Jonathan Bird - ILA Training Director emphasized: "ILA believes that every child who grows up happy and full of confidence in themselves will not fall before the difficult challenges of life. The ILA Summer Festival 2024 event has ended with many exciting entertainment activities and meaningful memories, which will be the luggage that follows your children on their journey of growing up.
