Mu Cang Chai: Organizing 16 agricultural technical training courses for people

The Center has coordinated with Syngenta Vietnam Company to organize 6 training courses for 360 students on Syn 18 rice variety planting techniques; coordinated with Vietnam Seed Group Joint Stock Company and Lam Thao Super Phosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company to organize 10 training courses for 334 students on how to use fertilizers effectively, identify real and fake fertilizers and planting techniques of Thuy Huong 308 rice varieties for the season.

At the training courses, people in the communes of Nam Co, Cao Pha, Nam Khat, Pung Luong, Kim Noi, Che Cu Nha, Mo De, Lao Chai were instructed by lecturers and experts on the technical process of caring for plant varieties, advised on plant varieties, guided on how to identify some fake varieties, as well as fake fertilizers of poor quality and counterfeit labels on the market to prevent risks for people before the production season.

Instructing people on the use of pesticides, collecting and disposing of pesticide packaging to avoid pollution and protect the environment; providing technical guidance on vaccination for livestock and poultry, diagnosing and treating dangerous infectious diseases and newly emerging diseases such as: Lumpy skin disease, African swine fever..., preventing hunger and cold, storing food for livestock...

People are also informed of the Party's policies, the State's laws and policies on agriculture , rural areas, farmers and agricultural extension; applying new scientific and technological advances to production practices and building demonstration models, transferring scientific and technological advances to ensure practicality, efficiency, and suitability for each commune according to the season and the situation of crop and livestock diseases in the district and locality.
