The work of collecting and synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people is carried out by the Fatherland Front at all levels of Hau Loc district in coordination with competent authorities through meetings with voters, as well as by grasping the situation of people's lives. Thereby, many opinions and recommendations of voters and people are considered, responded to or resolved by competent authorities according to the provisions of law.

Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Hau Loc District Fatherland Front Committee Truong Van Thuan said: Determining the work of grasping and synthesizing the people's situation to reflect to the Party Committees and authorities is one of the regular and important tasks of the Fatherland Front at all levels. Every year, the Standing Committee of the District Fatherland Front Committee regularly disseminates and issues documents directing and guiding the Fatherland Fronts of communes and towns on grasping and gathering opinions and recommendations of voters and people. At the same time, coordinate with the authorities to effectively carry out activities of meeting voters with National Assembly deputies, provincial People's Council deputies, district People's Council deputies and synthesizing voters' opinions and recommendations to reflect to Party Committees and authorities at all levels. In particular, the opinions and recommendations of voters are synthesized and reflected by the Fatherland Front from district to commune to competent authorities for response and resolution in accordance with procedures and regulations. Along with that, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the district also increased the number of cadres going to the locality to grasp the ideological situation of voters and people, grasp information directly from the people; grasp through the team of cadres and prestigious people in the community...
In addition, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the district also strengthened the supervision of the response to voters' opinions and recommendations by competent agencies. In particular, for recommendations that are slow to be resolved or responded to, the Fatherland Front in the district coordinated with the Standing Committee of the District People's Council to continue to request the government or coordinate with relevant agencies to resolve them, ensuring the rights of voters and the people. Thanks to that, voters' recommendations and practical issues arising at the grassroots level were resolved more quickly. This result has contributed to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of State management as well as protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, promoting socio-economic development, maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality. For example, voters of Hau Loc town and Loc Son commune requested to fix the degraded irrigation canal in Minh Hoa village connecting to Bac canal in Minh Hoa quarter, Hau Loc town and the drainage canal from culvert 31 of Tra Giang river to La Mat village, Loc Son commune, which has affected people's production.
Receiving voters' opinions, Hau Loc District People's Committee has directed Hau Loc Town People's Committee, Loc Son Commune People's Committee and related units to dredge and clear the flow to ensure production services; at the same time, balance and arrange funding sources to upgrade and repair degraded and damaged construction items. Or, voters of Ngu Loc Commune proposed to overcome the degraded state of Ngu Loc market, which has affected the business and trading of small traders and people. Receiving voters' opinions, Hau Loc District People's Committee requested Ngu Loc Commune People's Committee to proactively focus on mobilizing and arranging resources according to regulations to build and renovate the market to ensure the criteria of a food trading market...

At the same time, innovate the organization and content of activities of collecting and synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people.
