Pham Tuan Ngoc was born in 1999, from Hai Phong. He graduated from the English Language Department, Faculty of Economics of the National Economics University - the school that Miss Vietnam 2020 Do Thi Ha attended.

Candidate Nguyen Dang Duc, born in 2000, from Binh Phuoc, graduated from the Business Administration major at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics with a GPA of 3.55/4.

Before registering for Mr World Vietnam 2024, Dang Duc had admirable achievements such as: Gold Medal in the Provincial English Olympiad 2016; Third prize in the Provincial English Olympiad 2018; Scholarship to encourage studying at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics in 2018, 2019, 2020. Notably, in 2019, Dang Duc won Second Prize in the Military Uniform Beauty Contest - UEH Management Association in 2019. The guy from Binh Phuoc used to be the Deputy Head of the Event Committee of the Tourism and Life Contest 2019.

According to Dang Duc, his goal in coming to Mr World Vietnam 2024 is to conquer the highest position in this year's competition.
