Against the backdrop of a global economy undergoing a strong shift towards digitalization and sustainable development, MPE is organizing the "Digital Transformation - Green Transformation" event to mark a significant milestone in the company's development journey.
This event not only demonstrates the strong transformation of Manh Phuong Electrical Trading and Service Company Limited (MPE) on its journey towards breakthrough growth, but also affirms its commitment to building a sustainable development foundation, linked to social responsibility and environmental protection.
Mr. Nguyen Tam Manh - General Director of MPE - shared: “Digital transformation is a right - Green transformation is a responsibility.” This is not only a goal but also a guiding principle for the entire transformation journey of the enterprise in the 5-year period (2020 - 2025).
Digital transformation - A launching pad for enhanced operational capabilities.
To optimize production and operational management processes, MPE has invested heavily in digital technology systems, most notably the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud enterprise management system, an advanced ERP solution that manages finance, sales, production, warehousing, supply chain, etc., on a unified platform.
Furthermore, the entire production process—from raw material procurement, storage, and transportation to manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of finished products—is automated with a modern robotic system.
In addition, MPE also applies many digital technologies to support its business operations and management:
Intelligent Warehouse Management System (Infor WMS): helps optimize receiving, storage space, picking, packaging, and shipping.
Digital HRM system: helps manage human resources intelligently, recognize contributions, develop skills, and foster innovation.
Getfly CRM (Customer Care System): helps track, manage, and optimize the customer experience.
Mobile: A solution for streamlining production processes, ensuring tight quality control, and improving equipment maintenance efficiency, all from your mobile device.
Business intelligence reporting: a tool for visualizing data, tracking sales, and analyzing business performance in real time.
MPE is also building a centralized server system and connecting distribution centers nationwide. This solution helps synchronize data, manage operations in real time, and improve supply chain efficiency.
MPE's data security system utilizes security technologies such as Symantec Security and Kaspersky, and integrates a backup mechanism, ensuring absolute safety for business data and transaction processes.
MPE connects not only information but also experiences – from online platforms to smart living spaces, where every device serves the user's needs.
MPE Smart Control offers a convenient and flexible smart device control experience, allowing users to easily operate remotely, use voice commands, or set up schedules according to their personal needs. The system is compatible with a wide range of devices, from electrical appliances and smart home devices to lighting and renewable energy systems.
In parallel, Dialux software supports the simulation and design of lighting systems according to international standards, helping to optimize light intensity and distribution, save energy, and suit each space.
Green transformation - A sustainable development ecosystem
One of the key milestones in MPE's development journey is the establishment of the MPE Smart Factory, a smart factory that has achieved LEED Gold V4 certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The factory is built and operated according to strict environmental and energy efficiency criteria. In particular, a rooftop solar power system with a total capacity of 3MWp generates electricity to power all production and business operations at MPE. This solution optimizes operating costs and reduces emissions by approximately 3,556 tons of CO₂ per year. 100% energy-efficient LED lighting is used throughout the factory to optimize lighting efficiency and reduce electricity consumption.
The rainwater harvesting system, combined with drip irrigation for all the greenery within the factory grounds, helps save water. The glass system provides 65% natural light to the workspace, combined with ventilation to create a comfortable and efficient working environment.
