Ms. Anoa Suzzanne Dussol Perran is a patriotic overseas Vietnamese, always attached to her homeland. During her term as Ambassador from 2015 to 2018, Ms. Anoa Suzanne Dussol Perran established the Vietnam House Fund (AM-VN). This is a non-profit cultural fund that aims to contribute to the process of cultural and social exchange between France and Vietnam, introduce Vietnamese culture, art, and cuisine, and create conditions for tourism development between the two countries.
