According to the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh , since implementing Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training on management of extra teaching and learning, the department has stepped up inspection and examination of extra teaching and learning activities.
Bac Ninh has more than 1,000 teachers registered to teach extra classes outside of school.

The Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh has coordinated with relevant agencies to guide the registration of business for extra teaching and learning. To date, the province has 923 organizations and individuals registered, including 673 enterprises and 250 affiliated units. There are 1,063 teachers registered to teach extra classes outside of school, the majority are secondary school teachers (685 people), there are 378 high school teachers.
100% of primaryeducation institutions do not organize extra teaching and learning in schools. Adjust the education plan, teach 2 sessions/day to ensure the duration and effectiveness of implementing the 2018 General Education Program.
Secondary education institutions organize entrance exam review and high school graduation exam review, ensuring the right subjects, especially reviewing and adjusting teaching and review plans for 12th grade students.
Arrange 2 teaching periods according to the registration needs of final year students and do not collect money. "Absolutely do not let negativity arise when conducting assessments and tests", the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh affirmed.
In order for Circular 29 to continue to be strictly implemented, the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh has requested to strengthen coordination between schools and families; advise families to support students in studying at home, and build a quality learning material warehouse to support students, especially final year students.
