The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, was the suspect who opened fire on former US President Donald Trump.
The New York Post reported that Crooks fired a rifle at Donald Trump from the roof of a factory, more than 118 meters from the stage where he was speaking. “The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is encouraged to submit photos or videos online at FBI.gov/butler or call 1-800,” the statement said.
