Some specific targets for implementing the Action Program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province for the 2024-2029 term

1. Strive for an annual average of 100% of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and Village and Neighborhood Front Working Committees to complete their tasks well, of which 20% complete their tasks excellently.

2. 100% of cadres and party members in the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front system, 90% of union members and members of member organizations and 85% of people are propagandized and study the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State.

3. Periodically organize information conferences and listen to people's opinions; distribute the Front Work Newsletter to 100% of the Front Work Committees in residential areas; coordinate to maintain and periodically broadcast monthly the column "Great National Unity" on Ninh Thuan Radio and Television and the special page "For the cause of great national unity" on Ninh Thuan Newspaper.

4. Strive to have 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities build and integrate the content and interface of the electronic information page into the electronic information portal system of the district and city by the end of the term; 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at district and commune levels proficiently use the management of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's community page (Fanpage) at each level; 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts and cities complete the online meeting room system; 100% of the work records of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels are processed in the online environment (except for confidential documents); 80-90% of the activities, inspections, supervisions, and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at provincial and district levels are carried out through the digital environment.

5. Strive for 100% of agencies, units and localities to effectively implement the campaigns "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; associated with effectively implementing the emulation movement "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration"; 100% of residential areas to effectively organize the "National Great Unity Day".

6. Strive by the end of the term, each commune, ward and town will have 2-3 effective sustainable poverty reduction livelihood models and 1 self-governing model for people in environmental protection, rural traffic, civilized streets, security and order, traffic safety, education promotion, etc.

7. The average annual mobilization of the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels in the province reached over 16 billion VND; during the term, supported the construction of 1,600 solidarity houses; strived to basically complete the "elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses" for poor and near-poor households and people affected by natural disasters and climate change in the province by the end of 2025.

8. On average, each year, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee conducts 3-4 supervisions and 3-4 feedback conferences; the District and City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee conducts 2-3 supervisions and 2-3 feedback conferences; the Commune, Ward and Town Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee conducts 1-2 supervisions and 1-2 feedback conferences.

9. Strive to have 100% of Front officials, Advisory Councils, and Advisory Boards of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels trained and fostered in Front work and related operations by the end of the term.

10. Strive to build 50% of residential areas to be self-governing, united, prosperous and happy by the end of the term.
