Ho Chi Minh City: More than 18km of Ben Luc - Long Thanh Expressway, the western branch of Ho Chi Minh City, has officially opened to technical traffic, opening an important traffic connection axis between the West and the Southeast region.

Ba Ria - Vung Tau : Technical opening of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway section through Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, 19.5km long, is component project 3 of the entire expressway route, more than 53km long, three months ahead of schedule compared to the contract and six months ahead of the Government 's resolution.

Binh Phuoc : Commenced construction of two component projects of the North-South Expressway project, western section, Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh. Accordingly, the two projects to be commenced this time include component project 3 and component project 5 of the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway, managed by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province, with a total capital of nearly 5,000 billion VND. The Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) Expressway project has a length of more than 128km.

Ha Tinh: Technical opening of the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi section of the North - South expressway construction project in the eastern part of the 2021-2025 period; technical opening of the Ham Nghi - Vung Ang section of the North - South expressway construction project in the eastern part of the 2021-2025 period.

Tay Ninh: Groundbreaking ceremony of the Central Bureau of Southern Vietnam Base relic site.

Ho Chi Minh City: Inauguration of Hoc Mon Regional General Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City).

Con Dao District: Inauguration of Con Dao Military-Civilian Medical Center with a total investment of more than 250 billion VND, with a scale of 60 beds, to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of people and tourists without having to go to the mainland.

Ca Mau: Commenced the construction of the 1,200-bed Ca Mau General Hospital with a total investment of over VND3,300 billion. When completed and put into use, the project will not only contribute to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people but also aim to reduce pressure on upper-level hospitals.

Dak Lak: Phase 1 of the Krong Pach Thuong irrigation reservoir (Dak Lak) was inaugurated, costing over VND4,400 billion. The project is considered one of the largest and most complex irrigation projects in the Central Highlands. Phase 1 has completed two main reservoirs, Krong Pach Thuong and Ea Rot, with the main reservoir capacity reaching 122.69 million m³, ensuring stable irrigation water supply for about 14,900 hectares of cultivated land and providing domestic water for nearly 73,000 people.

Soc Trang: Inauguration of the largest 516 billion VND saltwater prevention sluice in Soc Trang. The Rach Mop sluice gate put into operation contributes to preventing saltwater intrusion to serve production and control water resources on the southern bank of the Hau River for over 19,000 hectares. The sluice has a water clearance width of 85m, including two 35m sluice compartments and a 15m boat lock; the flat steel valve gate is opened and closed by a hydraulic cylinder; the sluice has an automatic monitoring and supervision system.

Ho Chi Minh City: Commencement of construction of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 2 project (technical infrastructure relocation and mine clearance package), committed to being on schedule.

Ben Tre: Rach Mieu 2 Bridge was officially closed on the morning of April 19, four months ahead of schedule. The bridge is awaited by millions of people because the existing Rach Mieu Bridge is overloaded and often congested. Rach Mieu 2 Bridge is expected to be put into operation in August.

Ca Mau: Construction of the upgrade of Ca Mau airport, invested by ACV, with a total capital of about 2,400 billion VND, has begun. The project will build a new runway 2,400m long and 45m wide, ensuring the operation of A320, A321 and equivalent aircraft. At the same time, the existing passenger terminal will be renovated and expanded to a capacity of 500,000 passengers/year (can be expanded to ensure the operation of 1 million passengers/year when needed).
