On September 27, Apple's official authorized dealers in Vietnam simultaneously opened the first sale of the iPhone 16 series, including 4 different phone models: iPhone 16 "regular", iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Like every year, despite having the "most expensive" selling price, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is still the most popular phone model in Vietnam, with about 80% - 85% of customers choosing to pre-order, depending on the dealer.

This led to the iPhone 16 Pro Max quickly "selling out" within just a few hours of going on sale, while the remaining 3 iPhone 16 models had excess stock in stock. However, not all versions of the iPhone 16 Pro Max were "selling out".
It is known that iPhone 16 Pro Max has 4 different color versions, including: Natural Titan, White Titan, Black Titan and Desert Titan. Of these 4 color versions, iPhone 16 Pro Max Desert Titan is the "hottest" and most sought after version.
In the press, a representative of Shopdunk shared: Of more than 5,000 pre-orders in the system, up to 85% of users chose the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Next is the iPhone 16 Pro with 10.5%. The 256GB version and the desert titanium color are the most chosen by customers.
Similarly, at Minh Tuan Mobile, it was said: The iPhone 16 Pro Max product line in Desert Titan color is the center of attention with more than 70% of users choosing it.
It is known that every time a new generation of iPhone is launched, in addition to traditional colors such as white, black and gold, Apple will introduce a special color version exclusively for that generation.
For example, iPhone 12 Pro Max comes in Pacific Blue, iPhone 13 Pro Max comes in Sierra Blue, iPhone 14 Pro Max comes in Deep Purple, iPhone 15 in Blue Titanium.
Coming to the latest generation, the iPhone 16 Pro Max in Desert Titan is the special color version. Therefore, authorized dealers have high expectations for sales of this phone model.
Currently, the iPhone 16 Pro Max in Desert Titan color is "sold out" in Vietnam. Many customers, even though they have money, still have to wait for the second sale to receive the device. The second sale is expected to be in the third week of October.
Shopdunk sells iPhone 16 Pro Max in Desert Titan color for 3 million VND more
According to the reporter of Nha Bao and Cong Luan Newspaper on the websites of major authorized Apple dealers such as FPT Shop or Thegioididong, the selling price of iPhone 16 Pro Max has no difference between color versions.

Specifically, the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB version with the colors Natural Titan, White Titan, Black Titan and Desert Titan are all priced at 34.99 million VND.
The iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB version with similar colors costs 40.99 million VND. Finally, the most "expensive" version with 1TB capacity will cost 46.99 million VND.
Even on the Apple Vietnam homepage, the selling price of the iPhone 16 Pro Max does not distinguish between color versions. However, at another dealer, the selling price is different.
For example, at Shopdunk, introduced as an authorized Apple dealer chain, the price difference is from 1 to 3 million VND, depending on the color.
Specifically, the “less hot” version of the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB is the natural Titan color and the black Titan color with a selling price of 34.99 million VND. The “slightly hotter” version of the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB is the white Titan color with a price of 35.99 million VND, a difference of 1 million VND compared to the previous 2 versions.
Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB "hot" Desert Titan version has a listed price on the website of 37.99 million VND, 3 million VND more than the black and natural colors.
Similarly, the iPhone 16 Pro Max with 512GB and 1TB capacities also has a price difference of 1 - 3 million VND for each different color version.
Mr. H.D.T (Hanoi), one of the first customers to receive the first batch of iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB Desert Titan color on September 27 at Shopdunk store 161 Xa Dan, Dong Da district, said: Had to spend 43.99 million VND for the Desert Titan color version, 2 - 3 million VND higher than the remaining versions.
In addition, Mr. T. also bought some additional accessories, the total cost was 45.31 million VND. However, when buying the machine, Mr. L. received 1.5 million VND from the bank, so the cost was 43.81 million VND.
"The Desert Titan color is the hottest in the Vietnamese market, so if you want to receive the device early at Shopdunk, you have to pay 3 million VND more than the other color versions," said Mr. T.
