On December 15, Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai) said that the unit has announced the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus for employees.

Accordingly, the Tet bonus is based on working time and the new basic salary, including production support allowance, starting from the beginning of January 2025.

Specifically, the lowest bonus is VND 500,000/person, applicable to new employees working from December 15, 2024 to January 14, 2025. Bonus levels will increase gradually, from 15% to 135% of basic salary, depending on the employee's length of service.

The highest bonus is 150%, equivalent to 1.5 months' salary, applicable to employees working before January 15, 2024.

In addition, the company also announced a salary increase in 2025. Although the Government has not yet issued a Decree adjusting the minimum wage, the company decided to increase it by VND 100,000/person to support employees.

At the same time, the company maintains a policy of increasing basic salary by 4%/year for employees who are due for a salary increase.

On New Year's Day, the company announced a 1-day off and a bonus of 200,000 VND/person, an increase of 100,000 VND compared to 2024.

The total amount of bonuses and benefits spent on Lunar New Year this year is estimated at about 500 billion VND.
