Previously, at around 7:30 p.m. on April 10, at Tran Phu Bridge, the Cau Bong Border Control Station Observation Team discovered a young woman suddenly jumping into the sea to commit suicide, then two people jumped in to save her. However, due to the long distance and strong currents, the two people participating in the rescue showed signs of exhaustion.
