A hospital is willing to pay 500 million immediately for a doctor who graduated with honors to come and work.

Specifically, TNH Hospital Group Corporation (TNH) has just announced a resolution of the board of directors approving the addition of a policy to attract medical personnel who have completed their training program.

According to the resolution, the attraction level will be paid in cash, one time, to doctors after they return to work under a long-term commitment according to the company's regulations.

Specifically, resident doctors who graduate with honors from universities will immediately receive 500 million VND, while those who graduate with good honors will receive 400 million VND. General practitioners who graduate with honors from universities will immediately receive 100 million VND.

To supplement financial resources, TNH's board of directors also decided to increase the loan limit at the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) Thai Nguyen branch, from VND 370 billion to VND 480 billion.

The purpose of the above loan is to invest in construction and purchase machinery and equipment for the Viet Yen TNH Hospital project ( Bac Giang ) and repay the loan for subsequent projects.

The assets securing the loan are also listed in detail by TNH in the accompanying list, including many real estates and medical equipment.

TNH's move to strongly attract talent was made in the context of a declining business situation compared to the same period last year.

The Q3-2024 financial report recorded TNH's revenue in the first 9 months of 2024 reaching 332 billion VND, down 20% over the same period. Profit after tax reached 62.6 billion VND, down sharply compared to the 110 billion VND mark in the first 9 months of 2023.

Previously, TNH's profit in 2022 and 2023 increased sharply compared to the previous period, both at 140 billion VND.

On its website, TNH Hospital Group introduces itself as the largest non-public hospital system in the mountainous provinces of the Northeast, with both its headquarters in Thai Nguyen and a branch in Bac Giang.
