Making:

Ingredients for mixed pho:
+ 200gr dry pho
+ 150gr rare beef
+150gr pork roll
+ 150gr pork roll

+ Seasoning: fish sauce, pepper, salt and cooking oil
+ Herbs include coriander, cilantro, perilla, lemon leaves
Making:
Step 1: Put the dry pho noodles in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes, then remove and drain. Next, cut the beef, ham, sausage, and boiled pork into small pieces. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into small pieces. Chop the onions. After preparing all the ingredients, mix the dry pho noodles together.
Step 2: Make the sauce with fish sauce, cooking oil, lemon, pepper, salt to taste. Then pour this sauce into the pho bowl, add chopped herbs and roasted peanuts, mix well and it's done.
* Pho mixed with black bean sauce
Ingredients for making pho mixed with black bean sauce:
+200gr dry pho
+ 150gr rare beef
+ 1/2 purple onion, lemon
+ Black soy sauce
+ 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
+ Herbs such as coriander, mint
+ Seasoning with pepper, salt, cooking oil, sugar
Making:
Step 1: Put the dry noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then remove and drain. Cut the rare beef into small pieces. Chop the shallots, saute until fragrant, then mix with the beef and noodles.
Step 2: Make the sauce including fish sauce, cooking oil, sugar, five-spice powder, black bean sauce, lemon, pepper, salt to taste and pour into the pho bowl. Finally, sprinkle the prepared herbs into the pho bowl and you can enjoy.
