Here, not only northerners want to find the familiar elegant taste, but many southern diners line up to experience the taste of a distant land.
Through the program, the organizers hope to promote the culinary culture and traditional craft villages of the capital to people across the country and international friends present in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a simple dish. The cook uses a thin layer of dough to roll minced meat and processed wood ear mushrooms, then adds some vegetables and serves with fish sauce.
What attracts buyers is that the cake making process, from grinding flour, spreading rice paper, to making a complete plate, is all done on the spot.
Through this, the artisans not only promote the dish but also help viewers better understand the process of creating this Hanoi flavor.
Van Dinh duck sausage
This is also a dish that many people line up to enjoy. While waiting in line to fry the spring rolls, diners can already smell the faint aroma, making everyone impatient, wanting to taste this dish.
