Invitation to participate in the contest "Tet in the digital age"

In order to create a joyful and meaningful playground for readers on the occasion of Tet At Ty 2025, the electronic newspaper Nguoi Lao Dong organizes the writing contest "Tet in the digital era".

The entries explore stories, emotions and new perspectives on modern Tet in the context of technology and digitalization gradually covering every field and corner of social life.

Experiences or reflections on the importance of traditional Tet holiday for each individual as well as family and community

Memorable moments, beautiful memories of Tet to convey the spirit of family unity, preserving cultural beauty.

How individuals or families preserve traditional Tet customs in the new era - especially the digital age, touching stories about cultural values that are still maintained through generations.

Stories of Tet celebrations of people living abroad.

Or, how technology and social networks are changing the way we enjoy and experience the Tet atmosphere...

Contestants:

Vietnamese people at home and abroad, foreigners (except officials, employees of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper and accompanying and sponsoring units).

Contest entry requirements:

Articles must be 1,300 words or less, with photos. A series of 5 or more photos with a short description. Additional clips are encouraged to illustrate the entry.

Language is Vietnamese.

The entry has never been entered into any contest and has never been posted on any media or social network. The contestant is solely responsible for any disputes or complaints related to copyright and ownership of the entry, photos, or clips.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use the winning entries for promotional purposes during and after the contest.

Time to receive work:

From January 15, 2025 (December 16) to February 2, 2025 (January 5)

Prize structure:

- Main solution:

+ First prize (1 prize): 15 million VND.

+ Second prize (2 prizes): 10 million VND/prize.

+ Third prize (2-3 prizes): 5 million VND/prize.

- Consolation prize:

+ Clip/video viewed and shared by many people (1-2 prizes): 3 million VND/prize.
