Since the program was implemented, all levels, sectors, agencies, units, localities, cadres, party members, union members, association members, people and businesses have promoted a high sense of responsibility, resolutely participated, and strived to complete the task of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province. By March 26, the whole province had completed 1,620 houses, reaching 55.25% of the total number of houses that had started construction (1,150 new houses, 470 houses repaired), with the goal of basically completing the project by the end of June 2025.

Some localities in the province have implemented the program synchronously, resolutely, and effectively; mobilized the entire political system to participate, creating a movement that has received consensus and support from the whole society; and have had good, creative, and effective ways of doing things. In addition to the funding support from the program, many localities have actively mobilized additional funding, materials, and labor days to support the investment in houses to ensure better hygiene. The province's new point in this program is to mobilize and support the construction of hygienic toilets.

In the coming time, to further promote this program and also to make achievements to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee calls on all Party members in the Provincial Party Committee to promote the tradition of solidarity, mutual love, join hands to contribute to improving the value and quality of the houses of the supported subjects, which is a gift showing the close and intimate relationship between Party members and the People, especially for families of meritorious people, the poor, the disadvantaged, and people in remote and isolated areas during the historic April days.

Regarding the level of support: call and mobilize each working party member to support the equivalent of 1 day's salary; retired party members and party members without salary, depending on their conditions, support the program with the viewpoint of "contribute whatever you have". The support will be completed in April 2025.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee calls on and requests Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, and all Party members in the Provincial Party Committee to agree, support, and implement the policy with the highest sense of responsibility.
