This was affirmed by comrade Duong Thanh Binh, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee, with more than 80 voters of Viet Thang commune (Phu Tan) at the voter contact conference on April 21.

At the conference, comrade Duong Thanh Binh informed voters of the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the contents that the National Assembly discussed and decided to approve at the session; listened to voters express their thoughts, aspirations and recommendations on issues of concern to voters; representatives of leaders of relevant agencies, units and individuals reviewed, resolved and responded to voters' recommendations under their authority.

Voter Nguyen Van Hung, Bao Chau hamlet, Viet Thang commune, is concerned about the rearrangement of government at all levels to ensure convenience for the people.

Emphasizing that the upcoming 9th session of the National Assembly is a historic session with historic decisions that open up the foundation for mechanisms, restructuring and shaping the organization, apparatus and human resources of the political system and the development direction of the country in the new era, the era of striving for prosperity, strength, civilization and happiness of the nation, comrade Duong Thanh Binh requested voters to focus their intelligence, responsibility and enthusiasm to contribute opinions and suggestions in a constructive and open-minded spirit, contributing to the common and important tasks of the country. At this historical moment, the responsible and valuable contribution of the People to the common tasks of the country through channels and methods is extremely important to decide the stability, strength and development of the country.

Voter Khong Van Khen, Ma Tam hamlet proposed a plan to merge Viet Thang commune into Tran Thoi commune (Cai Nuoc) to pave the way for development.

Voters of Viet Thang commune sent to the National Assembly delegates the issue that the people are interested in, which is the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus. Some of the contents that voters focused on expressing their opinions were creating favorable conditions, not causing trouble for people's procedures and documents after the arrangement; arranging a team of non-professional cadres that is appropriate, reasonable, and human resource; arranging and assigning human resources to special associations; policies for people who resign; selecting leaders of the new apparatus with enough virtue and talent; focusing on building infrastructure, unleashing potential strengths for the locality to break through and develop; some voters proposed merging Viet Thang commune with Tran Thoi commune to pave the way for development...

In addition, voters Viet Thang also made recommendations on issues related to people's lives; policies for people with meritorious services and the elderly; existing problems and difficulties in the locality and suggested and proposed some solutions to overcome them. Voters' expectation is that after implementing historical policies and decisions, the new government apparatus must be truly close to the people, increase efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency in operations, and all must be for the development of the locality, for a better life for the people.

The meeting recorded nearly 20 opinions from voters.

Praising and acknowledging the contributions of Viet Thang voters, comrade Duong Thanh Binh requested local Party committees and authorities to continue to preserve and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, gather and spread the spirit of consensus and support of the people for the upcoming important tasks of the locality and the country. It is necessary to demonstrate very high political determination, unity and responsibility to continue to successfully carry out assigned political tasks, focusing on comprehensively taking care of people's lives. Immediately after stabilizing the arrangement of the new apparatus and new human resources, the locality must quickly complete the organization of Party units at all levels according to the direction of superiors, and prepare well the conditions to successfully organize the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the direction of being earlier and more synchronous with the Party congresses at all levels.

Comrade Duong Thanh Binh requested the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to synthesize and classify legitimate recommendations sent to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries, branches and competent local authorities for consideration and resolution.
